1. Service tenet: fast, decisive, accurate, thoughtful and considerate.
2. Service goal: service quality wins user satisfaction.
3. Service efficiency: if the equipment break down during or outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide video guidance within 24 hours after receiving the notice, or arrive at the site and start repairs.
4. Service principle: The product warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace parts damaged due to quality reasons free of charge (Excep for vulnerable parts). For parts damaged outside the warranty period, the supplied accessories will only be charged at cost. For equipment damage caused by human factors of the demander, the supplier will repair or supply accessories at cost price.
