II, the working principle of welding roller bracket

 

    The welding roller bracket makes the workpiece rotate on the roller through the friction between the roller and the workpiece. When the welder carries out welding, the workpiece can rotate slowly or quickly as needed, so that the welder can carry out welding operations at different positions. The driving device provides power to make the roller rotate continuously, and the adjusting mechanism can adjust according to the size and shape of the workpiece to ensure the stable support and rotation of the workpiece.

    For example, when welding a large cylindrical storage tank, the welding roller bracket can put the storage tank on the roller and make the storage tank rotate slowly through the driving device.
