A sturdy installation location can prevent the equipment from being displaced or damaged due to vibration during operation. A well-ventilated environment helps the equipment to dissipate heat and avoid performance affected by overheating. Rainproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof measures can prevent the equipment from being eroded by external environmental factors and ensure the normal operation of its internal electronic components and mechanical parts. 2. Regularly check the lubrication of the transmission parts, and replace the grease when restarting after long-term storage.
To ensure the performance of the equipment, all transmission parts should be lubricated regularly and irregularly. The cycloid reducer must be checked monthly and the lubricating oil must be replenished. Before restarting the roller rack that has been sealed for a long time, the grease must be replaced to avoid damage to the machine. Good lubrication can reduce friction between transmission parts, reduce wear, and improve the operating efficiency and stability of the equipment.
3. Avoid contact between the weld seam or sharp parts of the roller during use, and do not hit the roller when hoisting the workpiece.
During use, when the roller contacts the weldment, it is strictly forbidden to have the weld seam or sharp parts contact the roller to avoid damaging the roller. When hoisting and placing the workpiece, it is also strictly forbidden to hit the roller vigorously to prevent damage to the roller or other parts. When the equipment is not fixed, a strong impact may cause the equipment to overturn. Therefore, during operation, you must be careful to ensure the safe contact between the workpiece and the roller.
4. Use professional cleaning agents for cleaning. Remove the parts for simple cleaning, then apply the curing agent and install.
Prepare professional roller frame cleaning agents. Remove the bracket wheels and other assembly parts of the tube wheel frame before cleaning. Put the disassembled parts in a container, add cleaning agent and water in a ratio of 1:5, and perform simple cleaning. Be careful not to soak for too long. Dip a clean rag in a 1:5 ratio of cleaning agent and water, wipe the entire roller frame, and clean the surface stains. After all parts are cleaned, wipe them with a dry rag, then pour the original factory-prepared curing agent and wipe the surface of the roller frame. Finally, install all the disassembled devices. Such cleaning and curing steps can keep the roller frame clean and extend its service life.
