1. Welding roller frame operation procedures
(1). Operators must be familiar with the basic structure and performance of the welding roller frame, reasonably select the applicable scope, master operation and maintenance, and understand electrical safety knowledge.
(2). When the cylinder is placed on the roller frame, it is necessary to check whether the center line of the support wheel is parallel to the center line of the cylinder to ensure that the contact wear between the support wheel and the cylinder is uniform.
(3). Adjust the focal length of the two sets of toren center to 60°±5° with the center of the cylinder. If the cylinder is overweight, a protective device must be added to prevent the cylinder from jumping out when it rotates.
(4). If the welding roller frame needs to be adjusted, it must be done when the roller frame is stagnant.
(5). When starting the motor, first close the two-pole switch in the control box, turn on the power, and then press the "forward" or "reverse" button according to the welding requirements. When you need to stop rotating, press the "stop" button.
If the direction of rotation needs to be changed midway, press the "Stop" button first to change the direction, and turn on the power of the speed control box.
The speed of the motor is controlled by the speed knob in the control box.
(6). When starting, adjust the speed knob to the low speed position to reduce the starting current, and then adjust to the required speed according to the operation requirements.
(7). Lubricating oil must be added every shift, and the lubricating oil in each turbine box and bearing must be checked regularly;
The bearing lubricating oil uses ZG1-5 calcium-based lubricating grease, and it is replaced frequently.
2. Precautions for using welding roller frame
(1). After the workpiece is hung on the roller frame, first observe whether the position is appropriate and whether there are foreign objects on the workpiece that hinder the rotation.
everything is normal, it can be officially operated;
(2). Turn on the power switch, start the roller rotation, and adjust the roller rotation speed to the required speed;
(3). When the rotation direction of the workpiece needs to be changed, the motor must be completely stopped before pressing the reverse button;
(4). Before welding, let the cylinder idle for one circle, and determine whether the position of the cylinder needs to be adjusted again according to its movement distance;
(5). During welding operation, the welding machine ground wire cannot be directly connected to the roller frame to avoid damaging the bearing;
(6). The outer surface of the rubber wheel is strictly prohibited from contacting with fire sources and corrosive substances;
(7). When assembling the roller frame, the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank should be checked regularly to see if it is normal,
and the track sliding surface should be kept lubricated and free of foreign objects.
