Combined roller design, steel wheel covered with rubber, stable transmission, high friction and long service life. The steel wheel provides solid support, and the rubber outside increases friction to ensure that the weldment will not slip during rotation. At the same time, this design also reduces damage to the weldment surface and avoids cold hardening of the working surface.
The wheel pressure on the workpiece is small to avoid cold hardening of the workpiece surface. During the welding process, the wide wheel roller frame has a small wheel pressure on the workpiece, which can effectively protect the workpiece surface, prevent cold hardening, and improve the quality and service life of the workpiece.
