 The welding manipulator can be used in combination with welding parts transformation machinery such as welding roller, welding positioners and rotary platforms to form an automatic welding center for pressure vessels,

 which can complete the longitudinal seams, circumferential seams, head joint seams of pressure vessel cylinders, surfacing welding of the inner walls of cylinders and heads, and welding of large-diameter pipe saddle seams.

6X5 welding manipulator:  The manipulator is easy to modularize and organize standardization and serialization production due to its simple structure. At present, the manipulators of the specifications

 that have been used in industrial production have an effective travel height of 10m for the column and 12m for the beam. The general standard specifications are 3mx3m and 4mx4m.
